Friday, November 22 – Celebrity Shootout, St. Jude Pairings Party and Jam

Celebrity Shootout Attire: Golf attire
St. Jude Pairings Party & Jam Attire: Concert Casual

12-2 PM           Registration opens for afternoon credential pick up (Ibis room)

12:00 PM          Transportation to Saltleaf Golf Preserve for Celebrity Shootout
(transportation will do continuous loops from 12-1:30pm)

1:00 PM            Celebrity Shootout Begins at Saltleaf Golf Preserve (Par three course – The Leaf)

4:00 PM            Estimated end time for Celebrity Shootout
(transportation will do continuous loops from 3:30-4:40pm)

5:00 PM           Registration opens (Ibis Room) & Cocktail Hour Begins (Calusa Pre-function)

6:00 PM           Dinner & Pairings Party at Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Calusa Ballroom

7:15 PM           St. Jude Jam Session at Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Calusa Ballroom

Saturday, November 23 – Golf Day 1 at Old Corkscrew & Golfer Guest Social

7:15 AM           Buses depart to Old Corkscrew. PLAYERS ONLY PLEASE.

9:00 AM           Shotgun start at Old Corkscrew

                        Breakfast and lunch at course are provided.

11- 2:00PM     Golfer Guest Social at the Ritz-Carlton Residences
Mix and mingle with other SWFL guests while shopping the Kendra Scott pop up shop, previewing the SWFL silent auction (digitally), and
meeting some members of the band SIXWIRE!

2:30 PM          Buses return to hotel immediately following play

St. Jude Soiree at in the Calusa Ballroom featuring entertainment by SIXWIRE & Friends

Attire is Cocktail Casual, Sports Coat Requested

5:30 PM           Red Carpet and Cocktail Hour Begins

7:00 PM           Dinner, St. Jude Patient Moment, Silent & Live Auctions, and Give to Live

9:00 PM           Entertainment by SIXWIRE & Friends

Sunday, November 24 – Golf Day 2 at Saltleaf Golf Preserve

8:15-8:30 AM   Transportation departs to Saltleaf Golf Preserve. PLAYERS ONLY PLEASE.

9:30 AM           Shotgun start at Saltleaf Golf Preserve
Breakfast at course is provided

2:30 PM           Awards lunch presentation at Saltleaf (after golf)

4:00 PM           Buses depart back to hotel after awards
