Friday, December 5th: Start your evening at the Pairings Party, where each golf foursome is paired with a celebrity! Then rock the night away at the St. Jude Jam with artists like Rock and Roll Hall of Fame members Mike Mills (R.E.M.), Skunk Baxter (Doobie Brothers/Steely Dan), Steve Cropper (Booker T. & the MG’s) as well as Al Paris (Kool & The Gang), Tommy DeCarlo (Boston), Uncle Kracker, Phil Vassar and Mark McGrath (Sugar Ray).

12:00 – 2:00 PM: Registration opens for afternoon credential pick up (Ibis room)
12:00 PM: Transportation to Saltleaf Golf Preserve for Celebrity Shootout
Transportation will do continuous loops from 11:30-1:00pm
Celebrity Shootout Attire: Golf attire
1:00 PM: Celebrity Shootout Begins at Saltleaf Golf Preserve (Par three course – The Leaf)
4:00 PM: Estimated end time for Celebrity Shootout
Transportation will do continuous loops from 3:30-4:40pm
5:00 PM: Registration opens (Ibis Room) & Cocktail Hour Begins (Calusa Pre-function)
6:00 PM: Dinner & Pairings Party at Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Calusa Ballroom
7:15 PM: St. Jude Jam at Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Calusa Ballroom
Saturday, December 6th: Enjoy your first day of golf at Old Corkscrew Golf Club or Saltleaf Golf Preserve (golfers will play both courses over the weekend). As the sun sets, prepare for an unforgettable night at The Soirée. Walk the red carpet and enjoy dinner with both silent and live auctions. Experience the heartwarming story of a St. Jude patient.
7:15-7:30 AM Buses depart to Old Corkscrew. PLAYERS ONLY PLEASE
8:15-8:30 AM Transportation departs to Salt Leaf
9:00 AM Shotgun start @ Old Corkscrew

11:00 AM – 2:00 PM: Golfer Guest Social at the Ritz-Carlton Residences
Mix and mingle with other SWFL guests while shopping the Kendra Scott pop up shop, previewing the SWFL silent auction (digitally), and meeting some members of the band SIXWIRE!
2:30 PM: Buses return to hotel immediately following play
St. Jude Soiree at in the Calusa Ballroom featuring entertainment by SIXWIRE & Friends
Attire is Cocktail Casual, Sports Coat Requested
5:30 PM: Red Carpet and Cocktail Hour Begins
7:00 PM: Dinner, St. Jude Patient Moment, Silent & Live Auctions, and Give to Live
9:00 PM: Entertainment by SIXWIRE & Friends
Sunday, December 7th: Complete your weekend with a day of golf at Old Corkscrew Golf Club or Saltleaf Golf Preserve. After your round, join an awards luncheon.
